When you complete the Pairs n Honey questionnaire, we collect: your name, email address, phone number (optional), date of birth, and your responses to all compatibility questions. We also collect basic usage data when you visit pairsnhoney.com.
Your questionnaire responses are used exclusively for:
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising. Your answers are never shared with other members.
After each event, you receive a private time-limited link showing your potential matches. This link is unique to you and expires after 12 hours. Only you can see your candidates. Contact information is only shared when both people select each other — otherwise, neither person knows they were selected.
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Supabase for database storage and Netlify for website hosting. Both services maintain SOC 2 compliance.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing hello@pairsnhoney.com. Upon request, we will delete your questionnaire responses, match history, and personal information within 14 days.
By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent option in the questionnaire, you agree to receive text messages from Pairs n Honey related to your membership, event invitations, and match reveal notifications. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Standard message rates apply.
